Mr. DDUMBA SULAIMAN
Title: Chief Executive Officer     
Mr Ddumba works to deliver impact with life-transformative
solutions, brought about by you and me; through collaborations and interactions.
He considers himself a highly-skilled professional, with skills in communication,
extension education, marketing, networking, socialisation and team building,
strategic planning and project implementation, and rural development where these
skills will stimulate adding value and value addition in guide to improve the
livelihoods of the communities that he interacts with. Ddumba is sportive and self-
driven to meet set targets, a team player, and passionate about his work and
always applies an adopted QQS (Quality, Quantity, and Spirit) principle in all his

Mr.Kaboggoza Robert

Title:Project & Operations  Manager Nakasongola region.

Mr.Kaboggoza Robert is a highly motivated vision driven manager with over 15 years of experience in Agriculture.energetic and motivated individual with solid experience in farm management.
He is responsible for organising all activities associated with crop production (including machinery operation, repairs and maintenance), overseeing weed and pest control measures, stock control and budgeting, liaising with and supervising contractors, working with owners and agronomists to achieve production targets, and developing efficient systems in areas such as work planning and staff management
A large part of his  present role has been to oversee and manage crop production, as well as packing shed operations.

 

 The organization has in the previous years covered Nakasongola District  including the following sub-counties Wabinyonyi,Kalungi,Kalongo,Nakasongola,Kakooge, & Kakooge.
